Preeta George holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. Her Ph.D. research concentrated on International Financial Integration and Interest Rate Parity in India. In her academic career spanning over three decades, she has taught Economics at leading management institutions for undergraduate, postgraduate courses, and executive management programs.
She has led senior administrative leadership roles as head of programme and dean of flagship MBA programmes at business schools. Currently, she is the ‘Associate Dean – Executive Education’ and Professor of Finance & Economics at SPJIMR. Her research and perspectives on current economic and financial trends are published in leading periodicals and media platforms.

ShabbirHusain R.V. is a faculty member in the Marketing area at SPJIMR. He has completed Fellowship Programme in Management (FPM) from Xavier Labor Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Calcutta.
His career spans over 20 years, in which he was engaged with leading consulting firms before joining academics. His research interest includes Sustainability Consumer behaviour, and Online Consumer Behaviour, and has presented his intellectual contributions through journal publications and conference presentations.
He had previously conducted administrative responsibilities as Associate Programme Head for SPJIMR Post Graduate Programme in Management and as the Deputy Programme Chairperson for Post Graduate Programme in General Management at SPJIMR.

Subir Rao holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, with his doctoral research focused on Management Science and Operations Research. He holds a master’s degree from the University of New South Wales, with a major in Applied Mathematics (Research in Biomathematics). He teaches Quantitative Methods, Operations Research, and Multivariate Statistics. He started his career as an entrepreneur in the analytics and learning domain but soon followed his passion for Education.
In his academic career spanning 18 years, he has taught at institutions offering education in Engineering, Technology, Analytics, and Management. He was awarded the ‘Best Research Award’ in 2015 by IIT Bombay for his research contributions to Warehouse Management Science. He holds a passionate research interest in Probability Models in Supply Chain, Warehouse Design and Operations, and Simulation Modelling in Supply Chain, with his intellectual contributions published in leading international journals like Transportation Research (E), International Journal of Production Research, IIE Transactions, IEEE Transactions in Modelling to name a few.
He has also presented his research contributions at reputed international conferences within and outside of India.
